Meet Trina Hovsepian

Trina Hovsepian

My name is Trina Hovsepian and I am excited to be joining the Selah School District community as one of the Assistant Principals at Selah Intermediate School. I am coming from the Yakima School District where I taught 4th and 5th grade, was an Instructional Facilitator and spent the past two years in the role of Assistant Principal. 

I grew up in Spokane Washington but have lived in the Yakima Valley for the past 25 years and consider it home. I have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Eastern Washington University and a Master’s in Teaching degree from Heritage University. I earned my Administration Endorsement from WGU.  

I have been married to my husband Andy for almost 20 years. We have two daughters Haley who is a Sophomore at Central Washington University and Brooke who is a Senior at Selah High School. When I’m not working, you can find me watching my girls play soccer or camping.
